Estates", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk ori May 19,• 1933 as Map #1124, which said lot and part of lot,
when taken together as one parcel, is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northeasterly side of Bayshore Road
where the same is intersected by the dividing line between Lots 54 and
55; running thence Northeasterly along said dividing line between Lots
54 and 55 on a course North 66 degrees 9 minutes East a distance of

still Northeasterly along the same course 15 'feet more or less to the
high watermark of Peconic Bay as shown on the above mentioned filed

the same course, South 66 degrees 9 minutes West a distance of 160.00
feet to the Northeasterly side of Bayshore Road; running thence North-
westerly along the Northeasterly side of Bayshore Road on a course
North 23 degrees 51 minutes West a distance of 75.00 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises acquired by the party of the first part
from Maxwell J. Auth and Gertrude Auth, his wife, by deed dated July
30, 1955, recorded September 10, 1955 in Liber 3975, Page 159.

will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total
of the same for any other purpose.
