in a northerly direction from the intersection of the westerly line of
Wood Lane, with the northerly line of Beach Road, said point being also
the southwe:rterly cm ner of lane: conveyed to the party of the -econd part
by Kenneth Trillcott, by deed dated January 3rd 1958, recorded in ��uffolk

running then e southerly along the westerly line of Wood Lane, sixty-four
