Johnson, South 1 degree 35 minutes 40 seconds -.lest 615.30 feet to a
concrete monument set on the northerly line of land of Long Island
Railroad Company; thence along said northerly line of land of Long
Island Railroad Company, South 84 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds
West 48.99 feet to a concrete monument; thence along land now or
formerly of Thomas Jurzenia, Florence Jurzenia, Harry Pagan and
Florence Pagan on a line parallel to the easterly line of the pre-
mises herein described, North 1 degree 35 minutes 40 seconds East
609.79 feet to a concrete montunent set on the southerly line of
Main Road; thence along said southerly line of Main Road, North
77 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds East 50.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be the premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Thomas Jurzenia, Florence Jurzenia, Harry
Pagan and and Florence Pagan by Deed dated October, 1958, and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on November 13, 1958
in Liber 4544 of Deeds at Page 449.
