Said property being approximately fifty-five (55) feet wide by about 143 fee deep. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to such portion of Hailey Avenue adjoining the premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the right of way in the rear of said premises. This conveyance is subject to a mortgage on said premises held by Viola Joergensen on which there remains 1 unpaid the sum of Twenty-five hundred (02500.00) dollars. 4 _-- _ EiA4471 =�gE472 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed of Estelle B. Dearborn to Leonard G. Krancher and Fanny S. Krancher, his wife, dated C, July 3, 1927 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 69 192 in Liber 1281 at Page 123; and deed of Estelle B. Dearborn to Leonard G. Krancher and Fanny S. Krancher, his wife, dated January 16, 1928 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on February 23, 1928 in Liber 1333 at Page 580. The said Fanny S. Krancher having died December 12, 1 09 at Greenport, New York. The said Leonard G. Krancher died on October 21, 1957 at Greenport, New York, leaving a will admitted to probate by the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County by the terms of which the above described premises were devised to Stella A. Krancher. i
