CHAPMAN, both residing at Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,and ROBERT MUIR, residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, part lea of the first part, and JOHN NEWMAN and ANN NEWMAN, his wife, both residing at 118 Eckford Street, Brooklyn 22, New York, party of the second part, IggQt,Jr that the parties of the first part,in consideration of TEN ($10.00)-------------- _ ___ _______ ________ Dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration i Paid by the parties of the second part do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, t their heirs and assigns forever, ,RU that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly line of Beach Road 300,0 feet easterly along said line from the easterly line of land now or formerly of the Town of Southold, ii said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to Curtis Davis ; from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of Beach Road, two courses, as follows; (1) South 83 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds East 96.62 feet; thence (2) Easterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 77.0 feet, a distance of 3.38 feet; thence along land of the parties of the first part, South 43 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West 250 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Sterling Creek; thence westerly along said high water mark, 90 feet, more or less, to said land conveyed to Davis; thence along said land of Davis, North 43 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East 235 feet, more or lees, to the point of beginning. BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by John A, Muir and George G. Muir to the parties of the first part by deed dated May 26, 1958, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 5, 1958, in Liber 4468 of deeds at page 391,-
