BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Samuel Levine
and Edna A. Brown to Peter Dykovita by Deed dated April 20th 1953 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 23rd 1953 in Liber
3504 of Deeds at Page 327 and this conveyance is subject to the covenants
and restrictions therein set forth.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Peter Dykovit
to George M. Nugent by Deed dated April 29, 1955'and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 2, 1955 in Liber 3878 of Deeds at
Page 79.
