Dollar ($ 1.00 lawful money of the United States,and other good &valuable consideration paid by the part Sewf the second part,do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the part ies of the second part . .their heirs and assigns forever,all that certain piece or parcel of laadtatuate in the Village of Green- port, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the curved northwesterly line of Beach Street, 189.71 feet southwesterly along the said line from its inter- section with the corporation line of the Village of Greenport; and running thence westerly along said Beach Street on a curve to the right having a radius of 170.0 feet, a distance of 76.66 feet; thence south 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds west 3.0 feet to land of Price thence along said land of Price, north 68 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds west 11.59 feet to the northeasterly corner of land of John Adams; thence along land conveyed by Herbert Fordham to Henry Tasker, north 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds east 20.0 feet; thence along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part to the party of the second part, south 68 dtgrees 53 minutes 20 seconds east 85.68 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part in and to the land under the waters of said Sterling Creek abutting the premises from the lands under said Sterl- ing Creek conveyed by the parties of the first part to the parties of the second pert by deed bearing even date and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith to the easterly boundary of lands under water conveyed by Herbert Fordham to Henry Tasker. This is a correction deed given to correct an error in the deed made by and between the parties hereto wherein the parties of the first part erroneously excluded all of the right, title and interest of, in and to the land under the waters of Sterling Creek as conveyed by the preceding paragraph, said deed having been dated November 14, 1956 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 15, 1956, liber 4215 of conveyances, page 41.
