pieces of land, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as and by the Lots q15, 16, 17
and 18 on a certain map entitled "Map Showing Subdivision of Property Known as
Summer Haven Belonging to William G. Hers, near Southold, Suffolk County, New
York" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office July 5, 1983 as Map No. 1133.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to the land under the waters of Mill Creek and under the
highway adjoining said premises.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions set forth in a deed from
Henry F. Cornils and another to Christopher Metz and another dated August 29,
1947 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2750 of deeds at page 35
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by deed dated August 10, 1957 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerks office in Liber 4344 of deeds at page 179.
