a man�udent set at the southwesterly earner of the premises hereby conveyed, being
on the northerly line of North Road at the southeasterly comer of land now or
formerly of Kerwin; rucefe thence along said land now or formerly of Kerwin, two
courses, as follows:- 1. N. 480 07' W- 175.86 feet to a monument; thence 2. N.
450 071 SOa w.- 190" feet, more or leen, to ordinary high water mark of Long Island
Sound; thence northeasterly along said ordinary high water mark of Long Island
Sound 100 feet to land of Arthur H. Joust; thentee southoestarly along said lend
of Arthur H. Joost 475 feet, more or leas, to a point on the northerly line of
North Road 60 feet northeasterly along said road line from Mid land now or form-
erly of Kerwin; thence along said northerly lime of North Road S. 86. 370 Me W.-
80 feet to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Arthur N. Joost to Runs F.
Horton by deed dated December 18th, 1942, and recorded in the Suffolk Comfy
Clerk'a Offlce on December 19, 1942, in Liber 2267 of deeds at page 86.
