BEGINNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of the premises owned by the
sellers and the premises to be conveyed herein; running thetce along land now or

high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence northeasterly along said high-
water mark of Long Island Sound a distance of 100 feat; running thence southeasterly

point on the northwesterly side of North Road which point Is 150 feet northeasterly
from the southwest corner of the property herein conveyed; running thence along
said northwesterly side of North Road South 320 0 10" West a distance of 15D feat
to the nolnt or place of beginning.

Together with all the right, title and interest of the Sellars is and to so
much of North Road as adjoins the said premises to the teeter line thereof.

jurisdlctign over the said premises.

the same do not render title unmarketable.

Being and Intended to be the same premises conveyed by Thomas M. Malin and
Verna B. Malin, his wife, to Carl V. Nissen and Marguerite Nissen, his wife, by
deed dated February 17th, 1955, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office
on February Z1, 1855, in Liber 3642 of deeds at page 148.
