BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the southeasterly and of Say-

easterly line of said Bayview Avenue; running thence along other land
of the parties of the first part, 3 courses, as follows: (1) at right
angles to said southeasterly end of BEyview Avenue, south 37 degrees
30 minutes east, 91 feet to an iron pipe; thence (2) south 4 degrees
30 minutes east, 38 feet to an iron pipe; thence (3) south 53 degrees
44 minutes west, 197 feet more or less, to ordinary high water line of
Arshamomaque Pond; thence northwesterly along said ordinary high water
line 70 feet; thence along other Land of King, two courses, as follows:
(1) north 48 degrees 36 minutes east, 167 feet more or less, to an
iron pipe; thence (2) north 16 degrees 54 minutes west, 42.64 feet to
an iron pipe on the southeasterly end of said Bayview Avenue; thence
along said southeasterly end of Bayview Avenue, north 52 degrees 30
minutes east, 17 feet to the point or place of beginning.

BEING part of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed made by Henry F. Cornils and Kurt Petzschke dated October 1,
1948 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suf-
folk October 13, 1948, liber 2883 of conveyances, page 145.
There has this day been made, executed and delivered a purchase money
mortgage in the sum of $5,000 made by the party of the second part to
Rose M. King and given as pert of the consideration for this convey-
ance.
