"Map Showing Subdivision of Property Known as Summer Haven Belonging
to William G. Herx, near Southold, Suffolk County, New Yorks and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office July 5, 1933 as Map No, 1133.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties
Of the first part of, in and to the land under the waters of Mill Creek
and under the highway adjoining said premises.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record.
BEING AND INCENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the parties'
of the second part to the parties of the first part by deed dated the
25th day of November, 1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office February q, 1958 in Liber 4424 of Deeds at page 552.
