I' TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part in and to the land under tire waters of said Sterling Creek abutting the premises from the lands under said Sterl- ing Creek conveyed by the parties of the first part to the ;.arties of the second.part by deed bearing even date and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith to the easterly boundary of lands under water conveyed by Herbert Fordham to Henry Tasker.
