THUS INDENTURE,made the 27th day of October ,nineteen hundred and sixty-one
BETWEEN
ROBERT H. PRESTON; residing at Greenport, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, LaGRANT, . CHAPMAN, residing at Green-
port, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and ROBERT MUIR,
residing at Mattituck, Town of Southold; Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and
OSWALD MEI.RR. and KATHERINE MEIER, his wife, both residing at
3795 Niami Street, Seaford, Long Island, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the curved southerly line of Beach
Road 400.0 feet easterly along said southerly line from the easterly
line of land of the Town of Southold, said point of beginning being
the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of John Newman and
Ann Newman; from said point of beginning running southeasterly along
said Beach Road on a curve to the right having a radius of 77.0 feet
-'_ a distance of 102.65 feet to the westerly line of said Beach Road;

21 minutes 20 seconds west 12.35 feet;
THENCE along land of the parties of the first part south 49

water mark of Sterling Creek;
THENCE westerly along said ordinary high water mark 100 feet
more or less to said land of John Newman and Ann Newman;
THENCE along said land of Newman north 43 degrees 32 minutes
20 seconds east 250 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by
John A. Muir and George G. Muir to the parties of the first part by ,
deed dated May 26, 1958 and recorded in the Suffolk Countv Clerk's
office on June 5, 1958s in Liber 4468 of deeds at page 391.
