BEGIFFIFG at a point on the easterly- line ofAngler's Road, three
hundred sixty-seven and forty-two hundredths (367.42) feet northerly
along said easterly line from Manhanset Avenue and running along said
easterly line of Angler's Road, N, 50 09' 10" W, 94,08 feet to the
southerly line of a fifty (50) foot right of way, said southerly line
being the direct extension easterly of the southerly line of Meadow
Lane; thence along said southerly line of said fifty (50) foot right
of way, S. 800 22' SO" E. 113.04 feet to land of Dykowitz; thence
along said land of Sykowitz 2 courses as follows: 1. S. 90 37' 10"
W. 36,46 feet; thence 2. S. 50 09' 1011 E. 30.0 feet; thence S. 840

INCLUDED in this conveyance is a right of way over said fifty
(50) foot right of way from the northeasterly corner of said premises,
westerly about one hundred thirteen (113) feet to Angler's Road.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as were conveyed to
the parties of the first part herein by deed from Samuel Levine dated
13 August 1959, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office 19 August
1959 in Liber 4677 cp 431.
