entitled, "Sub-division Map of Part of the Estate of Thomas F.
Price, Sr., situato at Groonport" and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on December 12, 1927 as Map No. 851.
Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed to the party of
the first part by dead dated August 30, 1947 and recorded in the
office of the Clork of the County of Suffolk on September 4, 1947 in
Libor 2747 of Conveyances at page 90.
