entitled "Map of Fleetfield, Town of Southold", which map was filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office on February 6, 1942 as Map No. 13519
as Lot Number 10, Section 3.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record.
SUBJECT, also, to a mortgage given by the parties of the first part
to, and held Is by, Robert H. Preston, dated May 15, 19$0 and recorded May
17a 1950 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1698 of Mortgages
at page 363, on which there is due the principal sum of FIVE THOUSAND
TWO, HUNDRED ($5,200.) Dollars with interest thereon at four per centum
per annum from the let day of December, 1956.
