County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINIiTNG at a point on the westerly line of a public highway
known as Wood Lane, where same is intersected by the southerly
line of land now or formerly of Bumble; running thence along
land last mentioned, north 8705100" west, 100 feet; running thence
in a general southerly direction and parallel to the westerly line
of Wood Lane, a distance of 50 feet; running thence in a general
easterly direction and parallel to the first course hereinabove
described, a distance of 100 feet to the westerly line of 'Hood
Lane; running thence in a general northerly direction along the
westerly line of Wood Lane, 50 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same P-'emises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Edna A. Brown recorded in liber
3745 of conveyabces, page 502, in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk; said conveyance being corrected by deed dated
1 December 16th and recorded in the said county clerk's office.
