WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in Consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,R
lying and being inc@m at Arshamomoque in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
know, shown and designated as and by Lot No. 63 and a portion of Lot No. 64 on a
certain map entitled "Revised Map of Peconic Bay Estates" filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as Map No. 658, and being more paf.ticularly bounded and
described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of Bayshore Road at the
northwesterly corner of lot 63, as shown on a map entitled "Revised Map
of Peconic Bay Estates", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as
Map No. 658, said point of beginning being also the southwesterly corner
of land heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part to the party
of the second part, being Lot No. 62, as shown on said map; from said
point of beginning running along said land of the party of the second
part, being along the line between said Lots 62 and 63, N. 660 091 00" E.,
135.00 feet to ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay; thence along said
high water mark, S. 190 231 00" E., 57.98 feet to land heretofore conveyed
by the party of the first part to Joseph Rokos; thence alding said land
of Rokos being thru Lot 64, as shown on said map, S. 690 341 00" W., 130.71
feet to an iron pipe on said easterly line of Bayshore Road at the south-
westerly corner of said Lot 63, and the northwesterly corner of said
Lot 64; thence along said easterly line of Bayshore Read, N. 230 511 00"
W., 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.

competent authority having jurisdiction.
