1873 and Lot number 76,said lot being bounded northerly by lot number
77, easterly by lot number 7811, southerly by Manor Place and westerly
by Main Street, Said lot number 76 being 120 feet on Manor Place and
4G feet in width on lot number 74 be the same dimensions more or less.
BEING AND I�7ENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Pauline
Case by Estelle Tuthill by deed dated May 11th, 1959 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 21st, 1959 in Liber 4629 at
