paid by the part ies of the, second part, do as hereby grant and release unto the
part ies of the second part their heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lyin_ and being near the Vil-
lage of ureenport, Town of So__thold, County of Suffolk and State of
4ew York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGIidNING at a point on the southerly side of Champlin Place,
or \Iew Road ( so called) , at a point 100 feet west of the corner
formed by the intersection o£ the southerly side of said Champlin
Place with the westerly side of Atlantic Avenue ; running thence in an
easterly direction along the southerly s .de of said Champlin Place to
the westerly side of Atlantic Avenue ; thence southerly along the westoo
erly side of Atlantic :'.venue to the land now or formerly of Frank
Peterson; thence westerly along the northerly line of said Fetersonts
land 100 feet and thence northerly to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, ir, and to that portion of the southerly half of
the ')Tew Road and of the western half of Atlantic Avenue lying adjacen
to the above described premises .
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Benjamin B. Rogers and Nellie 4.
Rogers, his wife, dated April LI , 1952 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk April :, 1952, liber 3338 of
confeyances, page 199.
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the part y W

receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the rijht to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
