All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,

with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being
at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New Ynrk and being that part hereinafter described of premises shown on
map entitled, "Amended Map "A"of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties,
Inc. , situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York, surveyed June 28, '1922
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York", and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No 156, to wit,
that part thereof bounded:
On the north or northwest by Bridge Lane 225 feet, more or less; on
the East, southeast and south by Goldfish Pond Road '(not used for travel) as it
rens first southerly next soutYsaesterly and then westerly from Bridge Lane separating
premises herein described on the west ,and northwest side thereof from lots 127, 126 .
and 125 as shown and designated on said above mentioned filed map on the east and
southeast side thereof, to Bayberry Road (said last mentioned distance exclusive
of the curved entrance into the Path, not used for travel, connecting Goldfish Pond
Road with Bayberry Road being 205 feet more or less, from said Bridge Lane to said
Path and 140 feet, more or less, from said path to Bayberry Road) and on the west
or southwest by Bayberry Road (said last mentiored distance exclusive of the 'curved
entrance into the above mentioned Path, not used for travel, being 95 feet, more or
less, "fran Goldfish Pond Road'to said Path and 65 feet, more or less, from said
Path to Bridge Lane, all as shown on Map entitled, "Map of Property surveyed for
Leland B. Fraser at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, New York . drawn March 15, 1965
by Van Tuyl B Son, Licensed Land Surveyor, Greenport, New York.
SUBJECT to covenants and restructions of record affecting said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the serve premises heretofore conveyed by
Walter L. Schieferdecker and Millicent Ethel Schieferdecker, his wife, to said
Leland B. Fraser by deed dated April 12,' 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on April 13, 1965 in Liber'5728 of deeds at page 262_
