do hereby grant and release unto the pare y of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever,
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being)
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of a certain private
roadway which monument is also the northwest corner of land heretofore
conveyed to Fred W. Young by the parties of the first part, thence wester)
along the boundary of said land of Fred W. Young about 125 feet to the sho e
of a basing thence westerly along the shore of said basin to a point in
said shore about 100 feet; thence northerly about 105 feet, and parallel
to the first-mentioned course to a monument on the said southerly line of
said private road; thence easterly along said southerly line of said privy e
road 100 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way to pass and repass for all purposes over
the roadway hereinbefore mentioned, running from wherever said roadway
contacts the land hereinbefore described in a generally westerly direction
to the main highway. Said right of way to run with the land hereinbefore
described and to be sixteen (16) feet in width.
