thence along said land of Dykowitz and along other land of the party of

Levine to Edna A. Brown (Parcel 2.) by deed dated September 10 1956 and
recorded September 24, 1956 in Liber 4184 at Page 143 in Suffojk County
Clerk's Office; and this conveyance is subject to the terms, conditions
and restrictions therein set forth.
