Greenport, New York
partyof the first Not,and Etta C. Keogh and Cornelia C. Keogh, both residing
at Greenport, New York, as joint tenants,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of the sum of
Oro ($1.00) Dollar , lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the partof the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the

Road or Old King's Highway, and on the west by other lands of said

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed made by George G. Wetmore and Julia Id. 'detmore
his wife, dated January 3, 1957 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk January 7, 1957, liber 4239 of convey-
ances, page 22.
SUBJECT to a mortgage now of record held by the North Fork Bank and -
