by land formerly of John G. Champlin 36$ feet; Easterly by land
of Joseph V. Raynor 140 feet; Southerly by Bridge Street 36'k
feet; and Westerly by lands formerly of Ernest Raynor 140 feet.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
Katherine McAslan by deed dated the 3rd day of June, 1953 to
Beatrice M. Newalis and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on June 5th, 1953 in Liber 3526 at page
312.
