THIS INDENTURE made the 14th day of September 1962,
between FREDERICK L. JACKSON, residing at Durham, Connecticut,
as Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Adeline J. '
Becktold, late of Southold, New York, deceased, party of the first
part, and WINIFRED KLUGE, residing at Arshamomoque, New York,
party of the second pert,
WHEREAS such proceedings have been had and taken in the
Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk in a proceeding en-
titled "In the platter of the Application of FREDERICK L. JACKSON,
0 as Administrator of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of ADELINE J.
- BECHTOLD, deceased for an order for the Sale of Real Property of
the said decedent for purposes of distribution" that by an order
of the said Surrogate's Court granted on the 12th day of
�l Sentember 1962, the said Frederick L. Jackson as such
administrator was duly authorized to sell the real property here-
inafter described, owned by said deceased at the time of her death,
for the purposes therein mentioned, the same being one of the pur-
poses set forth in Section 234 of the Surrogate's Court Act; and
-
said sale having been duly made to the party of the second part
and duly confirmed,
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that by virtue of
the authority in him vested by the said proceedings and orders of
the Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk, and In considera-
tion of TWO THOUSAND and 00100 ($2,000.00) Dollars to him in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the
first part does hereby sell, transfer, release and convey unto the
party of the second part, and the survivor of such parties and
his or her distributees forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, to wit:
Lot No. 122 and 123 as same are designated and
appear or, a certain map entitled "P7ap of Peconic
Bay Estates" which said map was made by Otto W.
Van Tuyl, engineer and surveyor of Greenport, New
York, and is on file in the office of the Clerk +
of the County of Suffolk, State of New York.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and also all the estate which
