parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain lot, piece orparcelof land situate near the Village of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of the Main South Road,
Route 25, where name is intersected by land of Josephine Benjamin; -
running thence in a general easterly direction along the northerly
line of said Main South Road a distance of 50 ,feet; running thence
in a northerly direction and parallel with the easterly line of land
of Josephine Benjamin a distance of 125 feet; running thence west-
erly and parallel with the northerly line of the Main South Road
50 feet to land of Josephine Benjamin; running thence southerly along
the easterly line of land of Josephine Benjamin 125 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, 1£ any, of
the party of the first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed
of the street in front of and adjoining said premises to the centre
line thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed made by Elmer Kincaid and Lena Kin-
caid, his wife, dated June 18, 1956 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in liber 4136 of conveyances,
page 257, on.the 2nd day of July, 1956.
