southerly by land now or formerly of Theresa Durst and westerly by land no
or formerly of Clarence Webb.
TOGETHER with a right of way ten (10) feet wide over land formerly of
Irving C. Webb running from the rear of premises hereinbefore described to
the westerly line of Bailey Avenue, the southerly boundary of said right o
way being along the northerly boundary of land now or formerly of Theresa
Durst.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Irving Rodman
Webb and Beatrice Strasser Webb, his wife, to Robert Earle Linton by deed
dated July 31, 1944 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber
2377 of deeds at page 493 on August 4, 1944 at 2:29 P.M. ,and conveyed by
Robert Earle Linton to J. Harold Hand by deed dated July 1, 1958 and recur -
ed in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 4481 at Page 276' on July 7,
1958.
