HAINES residing at 201 0 0 o Wavecrest Court, Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida, party of w w the first part, and ETHEL BAXEM HAMS residing at 201 Wavecrest Court, Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, all of the following described parcels of land situate at Arshamomoque Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York: PARCEL I. Enown and designated on a certain map, entitled, "Map of Wickham Park Lots", formerly owned by Westfield City Realty Corporation, located at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold Suffolk County, N. Y. surveyed July 13, X927, by Otto Van Tuy1, En ineer and Surveyor, of Greenport, N. Y, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, September 28, 1927, being Lot No. 71 being 50 feet front, and 175 feet in depth, as laid down in said map. (Intending to convey the same land conveyed to James M. Haines and Margaret H. Haines, his wife by Deed dated May 22 1928, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk=s office, September 7, 1928 in Liber 1373, page 362). PARCEL II. Lot No. 72 as same are designated and appear ona certain map entitled "Map of Peconic Bay Estates," which said map was made by Otto W. Van Tuyl engineer and surveyor of Greenport, New York and is on file in the office of the Clerk of the bounty of Suffolk, State of New York. (Intending to convey the same land conveyed to James M. Haines and Margaret H. Haines by Deed dated February 25, 1929, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks office, March 14, 1929 In-Liber-14r15, page 240). AIN sa PARCEL III. Lot No. Seventy (70) as same is designated and appears on a certain map entitled "Revised Map of Peconic Bay Estates" which said map was made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor of Greenport, New York, and is on file in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York. Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to Bay Shore Road lying adjacent to said premises and together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to land lying under water in Peconci Bay lying adjacent to said premises. (Intending to convey the same land conveyed to James M. Haines and Margaret H. Haines, by Deed dated March 18, 1936 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk1s office, July 21, 1936 in Liber 1872, page 418). P ELIv. (Intending to convey the same land conveyed to James M. Haines and Margaret H. Haines, by Deed dated May 27 19371 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkls office, June 3, 1937 in Liber 1924, page 47).
