ALL that certain lot or plot of ground lying and being in the Sterl-
ing Cemetery situate near the Pillage of Greenport, in the Town of South-
old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and designated and dis-
tinguished on the Map of said cemetery, and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County as and by the southerly one-half of lot number
636 containing twelve (12) feet in width on the northerly side; thirteen
(13) feet on the easterly side; twelve (12) feet on the southerly side,
and thirteen (13) feet on the westerly side thereof, be the dimensions of
the same, more or less.
Together with a full and free right of access, ingress, egress and
regress to and from the said lot, through the common gates, and over the
said cemetery, through the avenues paths, alleys or walks, laid out on
said map, which are to be and remain avenues, Pathe or walks, in common
for the southerly one-half of said lot number 636 with others.
Sub3ect to the rules and regulations of the Sterling Cemetery Asso-
ciation.
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by the Sterling Cemetery Association by deed dated
June 16, 1959 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on June 25, 1959 in Liber 4649 of deeds at page 349.
