BETWEEN RUTH F. PRESTON, residing at Middleton Road, Greenport, Suffolk
County, New York, IDA BELLE LATHAM, residing at Main Road, Orient,
Suffolk County, New York, and ROBERT L. MUIR, residing at Mattituck,

M Y party of the first part,and THOMAS F. HAMILTON, residing at 39-20 Greenpoint
Avenue, Long Island City, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL tlmt certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and fnprovend,ents thereon on,1 situate,
lying and being isxW east of the.Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the North Road, 603 feet, more
or less, easterly along said southerly line from Manhanset Avenue; said point of
beginning being the northeasterly corner of land of the Sterling Cemetery
Association and the northwesterly corner of land hereindescribed; from said
point of beginning running along said southerly line of the North Road, North
66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds East 100.0 feet; thence along land of the
parties of the first part, two courses,as follows:
(1) South 23 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds East 350.0 feet; thence
(2) South 66 degrees Ol minutes 20 seconds West 100.0 feet to said land
of the Sterling Cemetery Association; thence along said land of the Sterling
Cemetery Association, North 23 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West 350.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any.
BEING and intendedto be a portion of the premises conveyed to theparties
of the first part by deed dated May 7, 1959 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on Tune 16, 1959 in Liber 4642 of Deeds at page 146.
