WITNESSETH,that the party of the fink part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL those curtain pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being
in and near the Village of Groonport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I: Northerly by land of Downs; easterly by land of Watson;
southerly by land of Kudlinski; westerly by Sterling Place.
PARCEL II: Northerly by land of Volinski; easterly by land of
Volinski; southerly by land of Moore and westerly by

BEING AND INT MDED to be some of the parcels described in a certain
deed mads by Gertrude I. Warner to the party of the first part herein
dated June 6, 1962 and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on Juno 8, 1962 in Libor 5178 of Deeds at page 21.
