THIS INDENTURE made the 17th day of January, 1961, between
Charles R. Dominy, as sheriff of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New
yk York, party of the first part, and Oscar Goldin, residing at
w Greenport, New York, party of the second part,

W a WHEREAS, by virtue of a certain writ of execution issued
out of the County Court on the 9th day of July, 1959, on a judg-
ment obtained in an action between McMann Agency, OR,.,p}g aitf3
and Craddock Jackson, judgment debtor, on the 9th day of July,
1954, in favor of McMann Agency, judgment creditor, against. Crad-
dock Jackson, ; .$p defehds6t,= for the sum of $102.35, and which
judgment was duly docketedinthe office of the clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 4th day of August, 1954, as appears by
the judgment roll filed in the office of the clerk of the County
Court, Suffolk County, and which said judgment was assigned to
Oscar Goldin, the party of the second part herein, by assignment
dated September 8, 1958, and duly filed in the office of the clerk
Of the County of Suffolk on the 24th day of February, 1959,
directed and delivered to the said sheriff commanding him that out
of the personal property of said judgment debtor in the County of
Suffolk, he should satisfy said judgment, and if sufficient per-
sonal property could not be found, that then he should satisfy the
said judgment out of the real property belonging to the said judg-
ment debtor on the day when the said judgment was so docketed in
said county, or at any time thereafter, in whose hands soever the
same might be; and
WHERLAS, sufficient personal property of the said judgment
debtor in said county could not be found, the said sheriff, in
obedience to the command of the said execution, did levy on and
seize all the estate, right, title and interest which the said judg-
ment debtor so has, of, in and to the premises hereinafter conveyed
and described, and on the 18th day of September, 1959, sold the said
premises at public vendue, at the County Courthouse, Riverhead, in
the said county, having first given public notice of the time and
place of such sale, by advertising the same according to law, at
which sale the said premises were struck off to Oscar Goldin for
the sum of $25, he being the highest bidder and that being the high-
e=;t sum bidden for the same.
WHEREUPON, the said sheriff, after receiving from the said pur-
chaser the said sum of money so bidden as aforesaid, gave to the
said Oscar Goldin, 520 Fourth Street, Greenport, New York, such
certificate as is by law directed to be given and the certificate
of such sale was duly filed in the office of the clerk of the County
of Suffolk, and
CIHEAEAS, the time allowed by statute for the redemption of Raid
premises has expired,
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first
part, by virtue of the said execution, and in pursuance of the act
in such case made and provided, and in consideration of the sum of
money so bidden as aforesaid, to him duly paid, HATH sold and by
these presents DOTH grant and convey unto the said party of the
second part, all the estate, right, title and interest, which the

said judgment debtor, Craddock Jackson, had on the 4th day of August,
1954, or any time afterwards, of, in and to
ALL that tract or parcel of land with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and described on a certain map entitled, "Map of Premises of
S. Buel Corwin, Greenport New York'', as and by lot no. 38, said plot
being bounded and described with reference to said map as follows:
northerly by Wiggins Street, 50 feet; easterly by lot 37, 125.5 feet;
southerly by lot 41, 50 feet and westerly by lot 39, 125.2 feet.
TO HAVE AND 'TO HOLD, the said above mentioned and conveyed
premises unto the said party of the second part, Oscar Goldin, and
assigns forever, as fully and absolutely as the said party of the
first part, as sheriff as aforesaid, can, or ought to sell and con-
vey the same, by virtue of the said execution against property, and
the law relating thereto.
