marks the Northwesterly corner of land of Louis Pellman and running from
said point of beginning North 460411300 West 85 feet along the South-
westerly line of Bayview Avenue to a point; running thence South 61005150•
West 185 feeti along other land of George H Kaolin to the ordinary high
water mark of Arshamomoque Pond; running thence 85 feet ± in a South-
easterly direction along the ordinary high water mark of Arehamomoque
Pond to land of Louis Pellmen; running thence along said land of Louis
Pellmaa North 61005150" East 185 feet ± to a point on the Southwesterly
line of Bayview Avenue, the point or place of begilining.
Being the some premises conveyed to the party of the first part and
her husband WILLIAM J. WINSELMAN, by deed dated August 1952 and recorded
on September 3,3953 in L 3401 CP 273. The said William J. Winselman.
having since deceased, the party of the first part being the surviving
tenant by the entirety.
