BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of Moore's Lane,

(Front Street), said point of beginning being the northwesterly cor-
ner of land of the Village of Greenport; from said point of beginning
runninc along said easterly line of Moore's Lane, North 261421 40"
East 813.44 feet to a monument and other land of said Village of
Greennort;
thence along said other land of said Village of Greenport, 3
courses, as follows:

(2) North 20 441 50" East 42.98 feet to the edge of the swamp;

(3) Northeasterly and then southeasterly and then easterly along
said edge of said swamp about 470 feet to land of School District 10

point;
