County of Suffolk as #1351 on the 6th day of February, 1942; also
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, shown
and designated on a map entitled, "Map of Fleetfield, Town of Southold,"
bounded and described as followst
BEGINNING at a northwesterly corner of lot 5, as shown on said map;
running thence in a general northerly direction and along the easterly
line of Middleton Road, a distance of 30 feet; running thence in a
general easterly or southeasterly direction to a point 20 feet northerly
from the northeasterly corner of lot 5, as shown on said map; running
thence in a general southerly direction to the northeasterly corner of
lot 5; running thence in a general westerly direction along the northerly
line of lot 5, to the point or place of beginning. Said premises being
part of lot 4 as shown on said map.
BEING, and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Herbert E.
Studier and Geraldine B. Studier, his wife, to Donald F. Glover and
Beverly H. Glover, his wife, by deed dated March 16, 1959 And"recordedin
the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 24th, 1959 in Liber 4602 at
