Moore and others to the Village of Greenport by deed dated April 5, 1938 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1979 of deeds at page 229; running thence along the said land conveyed by Sledjeski to the Village of Greenport and other land of the Village of Greenport, north 00 Olt 300 west, 787.63 feet; thence along other land of said Sledjeski north 80° 00' west, 140 feet, more or less, to land conveyed bghe County of� Suffnik to the Village of Greenport by deed dated July' 15s 1949 and recorded in the' Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2971 of deeds at page 262; thence southerly along land last mentioned 840 feet, more or less, to a point; thence north 770 56' east, 100 feet, more or least to the point or place of beginning. PARCEL II- ' ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying andbeing. at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: u3Es4742 race 96 t. BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and at the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Edward B. Prince and another to the Village of Greenport by deed dated January 19, 1938 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1967 of deeds at page 137, and being on the easterly line of land of Floyd F. King, formerly of said Edward B. Prince, at a point about 1015.90 feet northerly from the northerly line of Main Road; running thence along said easterly line of land of Floyd F. King, north 170 291 50" west, 221.67 feet to a concrete monument the southwesterly corner of land recently conveyed by Eugene S. Griffing to the Village of Greenport; thence along said last mentioned land, north 670 401 east, 126.1 feet to a concrete monument; thence along other land of the Village of ,Greenport, south 190 361 50" east, '27.50 feet to an iron pipe set at the southeasterlycorner of the premises herein described; thence south 70° 23t 10" we a t, 134.15 iaetto the point or place of beginning.
