the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of a 49,5 foot
private road leading northerly from the northerly line of Manhanset
Avenue; said point of beginning being North 5 degrees 09 minutes 10
seconds west 357.58 feet along the said westerly line of said private
road from the said northerly line of Manhanset Avenue, said point of
beginning being the northeasterly corner of other land of Ruth L. Young;
running thence along said other land of Ruth L. Yoking South 84 degrees
50 minutes 50 seconds west 227.72 feet to land of Mabel Raynor; thence
along said land of Mabel Raynor North 5 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds
west 100 feet to land of Lawrence Tuthill; thence along said land of
Lawrence Tuthill North 84 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds east 227.72 feet
to an iron pipe on said westerly line of said 49.5 foot private road;
thence along the same South 5 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds east 100
feet to the point or place of beginning.
