Brolles and wife by deed dated July 13, 1960 and recorded July 14, 1960 in Litter 4841 at page 152 and running thence along the northerly side of North Road, North 70 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East 200,36 feet; running thence North 15 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West 135 feet more or less to Long Island Sound; thence northwesterly along the same to land of John E. Brolles and wife, the tie-line thereof bearing North 78 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West and having a length of 225.01 feet; thence along said land of John E. Brolles and wife, South 15 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East 250 feet more or lees to the northerly side of North Road at the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, of, in and to North Road or Middle Road abutting the above described premises to the center line thereof; together with all the right, title and interest of the the first part, if any, of, in and to the land under the waters of Long Island sound y of abutting the above described premises. SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in a certain deed dated November 21 , 1960, from Nathaniel A. Talmage, Marion Y. Hoffmire and Dorothy Y. Gifford to Albert Sledzieski. BEING and intended to be -.a portion of the premises conveyed by Nathaniel A. Talmage, Marion Y. Hoffmire and Dorothy Y. Gifford to Albert Sledzieski by deed dated November 21 , 1960. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, of, inand to any and all strips and gores of land which lie or intervene between the parcels as above described and the lines-of any streets or highways upon which the said parcels abut,or may lie or intervene between the said parcels as above described and the lines of any adjoining owners thereto; it being the intention that this deed shall convey contiguity to said street or highways or the lands of adjoining owners. The conveyance hereunder is subject to the following mortgages: (a) Mortgage executed by Albert Sledzieski and Martha Sledzieski, as mort- gagors to Everett J. Warner, as mortgagee, dated May 11, 1959,and recorded on May 11, 1959, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3210 of mortgages at page 296, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $16,000.00 with interest thereon at the rate of 6%per annum from November 11, 1960, and that the party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance. (b) Mortgage executed by Albert Sledzieski and Martha Sledzieski, as mort- gagors to Everett J.
