THIS INDENTURE, made the,1.71 day of December, 1958,
BETWEEN ANTON W. FICURILLI and JULIA FICURILLI, his wife,
residing at 215 Fourth Avenue in the Village of Greenport,
Suffolk County, New York; and JOHN A. ORLOWSNI, residing at
116 Adams Street, Village of Greenport, Suffolk County,
New York, parties of the first part, and

residing at 215 Fourth Avenue in the Village of Greenport,

WHEREAS, by Quitclaim deed dated July 21, 1960, recorded in
the County Clark's Office of the County of Suffolk on August
8, 1950 in Liber 3110 at page 227, the portion of the first
part conveyed to the parties of the second part, certain
lands therein and hereinafter described.
AND WHEREAS, in the said deed, by mistake, the words "Beach
Road" and "Bay Road" were misplaced and no beginning point
was therein set forth, and this deed is executed for the
purpose of correcting said mistakes.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first
part, in m naideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money o
the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and Improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being East of the Village of Greenport, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being
bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly aide of Beach Road a
a point thereon distant 175 feet Southerly from a monumen
at the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly of the
parties of the first part formed by the Southerly aide of
Bay Road where same intersects with the Easterly side of
Beach Road near Wood Laos;
Running Thence Easterly 100 feet more or lose to a point
on the Weaterly side of Bay Road, said point being 175
feet Southerly, on the Westerly side of Bay Roac, from the
Northeast corner of lands now or formerly of the parties
of the first part formed by the Southerly aide of Bay Roe
where same intersects with the Westerly Side of Bay Road,
neer Inlet Lane, maid Bay Road running Hast and West and
then turning thereto southerly at right angles to run
North and South;
Running Thence Southerly along the West side of Bay Road,
a distance of 175 to the Wortherly aide of lands now or
formerly of the parties of the second part, having been
conveyed to them by John A. Orlowski In deed dated Dec. 9,
1953 in Liber 3639 page 140, Suffolk County Clerk's Office-,
Running Thence Westerly 100 feet more or lees to a point
on the Easterly side of Beach Road 175 feet Southerly from
said Beginning point;
Running Thence Northerly along the Easterly aide of Beach
Road 175 feet to the point or place of Beginning.
TOGETHER with the right, title and interest of the parties

of the first part in or to those portions of the Roads adja-
cent to the said property to the center linea thereof, but
subject to their use as roads and highways, whether public
or private.
BRING AND INTENDED to be a division of a portion of the real
property conveyed on the 23rd day of June, 1960 by Ines it
Fordham to Anton V. Fiourilli and Julia Picurilli, his wife,
.and John A. Orlowski and recorded on June 29, 1930 in Liber
3094 of deeds at page 684. This division being the approximate
one-half of the land designated in Liber 3094 of deeds at
page 684 with the exception of the southernmost portion
conveyed to the parties of the second part in Liber 3639 at
page 140, Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
