of land of Long Island Railroad Company, at the southeast corner of
land of Vincent Santocroce; running thence along the easterly line
of said land of Vincent Santoeroce N. 120 08' E. 712.39 feet, more
`ror less, to the southerly line of the Main Road, thence along said
southerly line of the Main Road N. 740 479 30" E. 140.72 feet to
other land of Marie Doherty Cassidy; thence along said land of Cassidy
on a line parallel to first described line and at all points distant
125 feet easterly therefrom, measured at right angles thereto, S. 120
081 W. 736.52 feet, more or less, to said northerly line of land of
Long Island Railroad Company; thence along said line of Long Island
Railroad Company S. 840 10' 40" W. 131.40 feet to the point of begin-

PARCEL 2: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly
01 line of Main Road at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly
RV of Robert R. Brown and the northwesterly corner of land of the part Is
Of the first PflPt and running thence along the line between lands
of Brown and Fleet S. 12° 08' W. 259.73 feet to an iron pipe; thence
along other land of Brown N. 10 201 .30" E. 240.95 feet to a granite
monument, at an angle in the southerly line of said Main Road; thence
along said southerly line of Main Road N. 75' 041 40" E. 50.66 feet
to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to that portion of Main Road adJacent to said
premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Robert R.
Brown to Clarence C. Fleet and Henry L. Fleet by deed dated January
9, 1953, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office January 10, 1953,
in Libor 3460 of Deeds at Page 494.
