of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Beach Road at the north-
easterly corner of land now or formerly of Oswald Meier and Katherine Meier;
running thence along said westerly line of Beach Road South 4 degrees 21 minutes
20 seconds East 150.0 feet; thence on a line at right angles to said line of Beach
Road South 85 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West 105 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Sterling Creek; thence along said high water mark of
Sterling Creek, northerly and then westerly 70 feet, more or less, to said land of
Meier; thence along said land of Meier North 49 degrees 37 minutes East 185 feet,
more or lees, to the point of beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by John A. Muir.
and Georce G. Muir to the parties of the first part by deed dated May 26, 1958,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 5, -1958 in Liber 4468
