first part in and to North Road and Long Island Sound lying in front
of and adjacent to the above described promisos.
AND the party of the second part, for herself, her distributees or -
assigns, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the parties of the
first part, .thoir distributees and assigns, that neither the party of
the second part nor her distributees or assigns shall or will erect
more than one dwelling on any portion of the above described premises
having less than 100 feet frontage on Long Island Sound or a similar
frontage on North Road; said covenant to run with the land.
SUBJECT to zoning regulations and ordinances of the Town of Southold.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Carl C. Young
and Nathaniel A. Talmage to John E. Brolles and Barbara 11. Brolles, his
wife, by dead dated July 13, 1960 and recorded in Liber 4841 of Deeds
at page 152.
