County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a granite monument set on the southerly line or aide of Kings
Highway at the northeast corner of land formerly of John E. and Lillian Brown;
running thence easterly along the southerly line or side of said Kings Highway,
eighty (80) feet more or less to a concrete monument set at the northwest corner
of land now or formerly of Otto W. Van Tuyl and Berdina Van T�yl; running thence
southerly along the westerly line of said last mentioned land one hundred twenty-
seven (127) feet, more or less, to the geanite monument set at the southwest
corner of land of said Van Tuyl; running thence westerly eighty (80) feet, more or
less, to a granite monument set on the easterly line of land formerly of John E.
and Lillian Brown; thence northerly along the easterly line of said land last
mentioned, one hundred twenty-eight and three tenths (128.S) feet more or less
to a granite monument set on the southerly line or aide of the Kings Highway
aforesaid.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Elsie R. M. Powers
to Neville F. Powers and Elsie R. M. Powers, his wife, by deed dated February 8,
ISI. 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office in Liber 3319 of deeds at
page 229 on February 9, 1952.
