BETWEEN ROBERT MUIR, residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, and cM C� ROBERT H. PRESTON and LaGRANT R. CHAPMAN, both residing at Greenport, Ct Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part,and CURTIS J. DAVIS, residing at 26 Atlantic Avenue, Blue Point, New York, v ' m a o � ' party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that cnrlain plot,piece orpa reel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,Situate, lying and being WEEK partially in the Village of Greenport and partially in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a point on the curved southwesterly line of Beach Road 100 feet southeasterly along said curved line from the easterly line of land of the Town of Southold; running thence along said curved southwesterly line of Beach Road, on a curve to the left having a radius of 446.0 feet a distance of 100.0 feet to land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part to the party of the second part; thence along said land last mentioned South 42 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds West 220 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Sterling Creek; thence westerly along said ordinary high water mark 85 feet, more or less; thence along other land of the parties of the first part, North 38 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East 220 feet, more or less, to said southwesterly line of Beach Road and the point of beginning. BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by John A. Muir and George G. Muir to the parties of the first part by deed dated May 26, 1958, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 5, 1958, in Liber 4468 of Deeds at page 391.
