DAVIDS, residing at North Road, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second par r WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in considers- tion of the Bum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100-------- 0 O U m o ($3,800.00)Dollara, lawful money of the United States and other W r. good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of the party of the first part, to wit, an estate ; for and during the natural life of theparty of the first part, in the following described premises: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being North of the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: ail BEGINNING at a granite monument set on the southerly line or side of Kings Highway at the northeast corner of land formerly of John E. and Lillian Browns running thence easterly along the southerly line or side of said Kings Highway, 80 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument set at the northwest corner of land now or formerly of Otto W. Van Tuyl and Berdina Van Tuyl; running thence southerly along the westerly line of said last mentioned land 127 feet, more or less, to the granite monument set at the southwest corner of land of said Van Tuyl; running thence westerly 80 feet, more or less, to a granite monu- ment set on the easterly line of land formerly of John E. and Lillian Brom; thence northerly %long the easterly line of said land last mentioned 128.3 feat, more or less, to a granite monument set on the southerly line or side of the Kings Highway aforesaid. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same promises contained in Lease Agreement dated August 19, 1960 between Robert L. Davids and Neville F.
