Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New Yor ,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue
which marks the northwesterly corner of land of William J. .7inselman.
and Alma J. Winselman and running from said point of beginning North
460 41' 30" West 85 feet along the Southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue
to a point, running thence South 600 231 20" West 186 feet, more or les ,
along land of Helmut Hass to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomo-
que Pond, running thence 80 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly
direction along the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond to
land of William J. Winselman and Alma J. Winselman and running thence
North 610 05' 50" East 185 feet, more or less, along said land of
William J. Winselman and Alma J. Winselman to a point on the southweste -
ly line of Bayview Avenue, the point or place of beginning.
The foregoing courses and distances are as shown on survey of Otto
W. Van Tuyl & Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated
June 22, 1953.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
parties of the first part in and to Bayview Avenue, a public street,
adjoining said premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the

BEING AND INTENDED TO DE the same premises conveyed by dead to the
parties of the first part by Andrew J. Pfau, and Mary J. Pfaus, his wif ,
dated July 21, 1954 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 1111 at Page 01 on July 29, 19545 and this conveyance
is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions therein,set forth.
