Winselman and Alma J. Winselman and running thence North 610 05' 50" East 185 feet, more or less, along said land of William J. Winselman and Alma J. Winselman to a point on the southweste - ly line of Bayview Avenue, the point or place of beginning. The foregoing courses and distances are as shown on survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated June 22, 1953.
