ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Arshamomaque,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of, New York, bounded and
described as followat
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Middle Road (also known
as the North Road) at the southwesterly corner of land of the parties of
the second part, and running thence westerly along the northerly line of
Middle Read a distance of 10 feet to a point and land of Teves, formerly
of Talmadgel running thence in a northerly direction along said land of
Teves and on a line parallel with and at all points aqui—distant 10 feet
measured at right angles from the westerly line of land of the parties of
the second part to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
running thence in an easterly direction along the ordinary high water
mark of Long Island Sound, about 10 feet to land of the parties of the
second part; running thence southerly along the westerly line of land
of the parties of the second part, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the waters and the land under the waters of
Long Island Sound in front of and adjacent to said premises, and Middle
or North Road adjacent to the promisee, to the centre line thereof.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Mary
S. Corwin to the party of the first part by a deed dated June 30, 1954
and recorded In the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, liber 3220
of deeds at page 436 on the 7th day of July, 1954.
