WrITWMETH,that the party of the firstpart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release veto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plo4 ince or parcel of land,with the buil4ings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING ata point in a line extending south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west
from the northwesterly corner of the land now or formerly of the Barry G. SteinWtz
Estates, which point of beginning is distant 183.75 feet southerly from the said
land of Steinmetz,
runnin3 thence south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west a distance of 75 feet,
thence north 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds west 125 feet,
thence north 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds east 75 feet;
thence south 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds east 125 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
Being and intended to be Lot 4 and the northerly one-half of Lot 5 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Greenport Shores, Section Im as prepared by Otto W. Van
Tuyl, licensed land surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Suffolk County

of the second part to the party of the first part as part of the consideration for
